  1. Remove fresh goat cheese logs from wrapper and slice into thick rounds.
  2. Gently roll cheese rounds in herbs and press to coat.
  3. Layer goat cheese rounds in glass jars; pour olive oil over cheese to cover.
  4. Let marinate for an hour before serving with grilled bread. Store refrigerated up to one week.
