Matt grew up at Vermont Creamery; as the second son of our co-founder, Bob Reese, Matt is always looking to the future, thanks to his deep understanding of our history.

Lea is a fresh cheese producer at Vermont Creamery. Every day she works on the line to craft the finest fresh goat cheese logs, créme fraîche and mascarpone. Her passion is evident in everything her hands touch.

“Never assume you know what a woman is capable of - when I joined, people probably thought, she can’t lift 80 pound cheese bags. That was the furthest thing from the truth.”

Gena is our aged cheese team lead, ensuring our flagship aged cheeses are crafted to perfection She’s an integral part of our operation, working tirelessly to shepard our products into the marketplace every day.
