Ingredients

Vermont Creamery Sea Salt Cultured Butter
½ cup

juice and zest of 1 lemon

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 shallot, minced

1 heaping tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon fresh horseradish

dash cayenne pepper

dash paprika

2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley, finely chopped

2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped

2 tablespoons tarragon, finely chopped

sea salt & pepper
Directions
- Melt butter over low heat. Once butter is melted and cooled slightly, add to a bowl with lemon juice, garlic, shallot, mustard, horseradish, cayenne, and paprika. Whisk until combined and smooth.
- Stir in parsley, chives and tarragon and season with salt and pepper.
