Ingredients

Vermont Creamery Unsalted Cultured Butter, at room temperature
¼ cup

1 tablespoon dried cranberries, finely chopped

1 tablespoon maple syrup, honey or agave

½ teaspoon orange zest
-
⅙ teaspoon fine sea salt
Directions
- In small bowl, combine butter, cranberries, maple syrup, orange zest, and salt.
- Beat mixture using hand mixer at medium speed for 1-2 minutes or until mixture is well combined.
- Transfer butter onto plastic wrap and roll into a log.
- Refrigerate until firm.
