¼ cup walnuts
dressing

1 tablespoon mustard

1 tablespoon honey

¼ cup olive oil

salt and pepper
Directions
- In a small bowl add mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Whisk together until combined. Slowly add olive oil and keep whisking into a creamy smooth dressing.
- On a large plate arrange the lettuce, beets, oranges, walnuts and crumble goat cheese. Drizzle the dressing on top and enjoy.
