Every once in awhile, we leave the comfort and quiet of Vermont's rolling hills to spread the good word about our ambitious little Creamery. Early this spring, when we were finally ready to tell the world about our newest cultured butter, we headed to New York to sing its praises.
We called up our heroes at Martha Stewart Living because we knew that the talented bakers and chefs in their test kitchen would welcome a little mid-afternoon butter break. We broke out the baguettes, brioche and shortbread and commenced to geek out over butterfat content, the culturing process and all things pie crust and cookies.
We were thrilled to be able to introduce Martha to our newest sea salt cultured butter, and so glad to hear that she liked it.
