Goat Cheese Toast

Whip 8 oz of fresh goat cheese, 4 oz of cream cheese, a few glugs of olive oil, salt, pepper and 1/2 a lemon in a food processor. Spread atop your favorite bread and add your preferred toppings. We like grilled peaches, salmon, prosciutto, fresh peas, and sliced cucumbers.

Mini Rhubarb Galettes

Buttery flaky pastry dough is wrapped around rhubarb and berries for a rustic, freeform galette with the perfect sweet-salty balance. These mini rustic galettes are best served warm with vanilla ice cream or a dollop of Vermont Creamery crème fraȋche.
